EVERYONE WANTS TO KNOW WHERE DOUGH & STRAW CAME FROM! Well… Renée is a local chef from the beautiful city of Aqaba.

She loves traveling and finding different dessert shops to try. Her journeys have helped her to find ways to enhance her hometown, with the idea for Dough & Straw inspired by her recent visit to Las Vegas. Founded in conjunction with Mohammad, and Renee’s husband Muayad, Dough and Straw made their dream of working together into a reality. When these friends turned businessmen got together, magic h

appened! When looking to bring their idea to fruition, Mohammad, Muayad & Renee knew that such a place would be the perfect representation of classic recipes that people love presented in a fun, creative, and different style. And so, Dough and Straw were created! We’ve been lucky enough to have found one another to serve up endless amounts of delicious happiness, daily! Dough and Straw are here to prove that not all waffles and pancakes need syrup.
