Hello from Ohashi Cherry Farm 🍒

Cherry blossoms at our farm began blooming around May 2 this year.
The peak bloom period has now passed, but some flowers still remain, and the orchard is filled with beautiful spring scenery 🌸

The season appears to be progressing about 5 days to 1 week earlier than usual, so we would like to share our planned 2026 cherry-picking schedule.

July 11 (Sat) – July 13 (Mon)

🍒Gassan Nishiki Orchard
Opening from July 11 (Sat)
*Until the cherries are gone

🍒Nanyo Orchard
Opening from July 18 (Sat)

Cherry picking usually continues until late July or early August, but the exact timing will depend on weather conditions and our tree survey in late May.

Please note that we currently do not offer international shipping for fresh cherries.

📢 Temporary Closure Notice

Fruit picking has officially ended for the season.
We will be closed for 3 days: October 13 (Mon), 14 (Tue), and 15 (Wed).

After a long and busy season, we are finally taking a short break🍂
Thank you for your understanding!

Starting October 16 (Thu), our farm shop will reopen
for the sale of remaining fresh fruits and processed products.

📢 Fruit Picking Season Ending Soon

Thank you for visiting Ohashi Cherry Farm!
Due to many visitors over the weekend, most of our fruits such as grapes and prunes are nearly finished.

We plan to end fruit picking around Wednesday, October 8, 2025.

Here’s what’s ready at Ohashi Cherry Farm this weekend:

Baylor prune – our sweetest variety is now perfectly ripe!

Sunprune – also getting sweeter and highly recommended 🍑

Grapes – limited quantity, but still available 🍇

Plums – “Benika no Shizuku” is also available for picking 🍑

The mornings and evenings are getting cooler, and autumn is truly in the air. 🍂
Here’s the latest fruit-picking update as of September 26th!

🍑 Peaches: Only the late variety Yūzora remains, with very limited harvest. Likely to finish by this weekend—come early if you’d like to try it!
🍇 Grapes: Many varieties are now ripening, making this the perfect time for tasting and comparing.
🍑 Plums: Benika no Shizuku, Late Sordum, and Aki Sordum are in season.
🍐 Prunes: Madonna Bright is now ready to enjoy.
🍎 Apples: Late-season varieties are just becoming ripe.

This is a very special time to savor the flavors of autumn fruits at their best.

Hello from Ohashi Cherry Farm!

Our autumn fruits are slowly coming into season.
Popular prunes like “Joke” and “Robe de Sergent” are ripening well and will become even sweeter by late September.

Other delicious plums such as “Koi Hanabi” and the late-season “Late Soldam” are also reaching a great condition.

As for grapes, “Portland” and “Buffalo” are currently in a half-ripe stage — sweet with a touch of tartness.
“North Red” is just beginning to ripen, so its sweetness will develop more in the coming days.

We invite you to enjoy the rich taste of autumn at our orchard! 🍇🍑

This season, we were truly grateful to have Chef Bob with us at Ohashi Cherry Farm.
He created and supervised three pizzas—meat, vegetable, and fruit—that became very popular among our visitors 🍕✨
He also joined our harvest and sales, becoming an important friend of our orchard.

Now, Bob is challenging himself with a crowdfunding project to realize his dream of bringing American food nationwide with a food truck!
