This wide farm 30 minutes from Furano and 1 hour from Asahiyama Zoo(Asahikawa) has wide fields cover

This cherry orchard grows over 1,500 trees that are a made up of 50 varieties of cherries. Because it is close to the Asahiyama Zoo in Asahikawa and the Lavender fields in Furano, it is a popular orchard where during the cherry picking season many tourists from abroad come to visit.

🍑 Fruit Picking Starts Saturday, August 22! 🫐

We are now preparing to welcome everyone back to the orchard.

Our 2026 fruit-picking season will begin on Saturday, August 22! Visitors will be able to enjoy seasonal fruits such as blueberries, plums, prunes, and peaches. Available fruits may vary depending on ripeness, weather, and growing conditions.

Please note that cherry picking for the 2026 season has already ended.

Each 1 kg box contains naturally varied sizes of fresh blueberries, carefully selected and shipped directly from our farm in Hokkaido.

They are perfect for enjoying at home or sending as a seasonal gift 🎁

Our fresh cherry sales for the 2026 season will be ending soon.

🍒 Nishi-Obihiro and Makubetsu
Expected to end around August 12

🍒 Nokanan and Sandandaki
Expected to end around August 13

We had originally planned to continue selling cherries until around August 16. However, due to the recent hot weather, the cherries have softened more quickly than expected, and the amount available for sale has decreased. Therefore, sales are expected to end earlier than originally planned.

Each location will close once all available cherries have been sold.

🍒【Cherry Picking & Farm Stand Schedule】🍒

Our 2026 cherry-picking season will end on Friday, August 7.

The number of cherries remaining in the orchard is gradually decreasing, but visitors can still enjoy the sweet, fully ripened cherries of the late season.

Fresh cherry sales will continue afterward at our farm stands.

🍒West Obihiro
Scheduled through Sunday, August 16.

🍒Makubetsu
Open through Monday, August 10, followed by a temporary closure. It is expected to reopen on Thursday, August 13 or Friday, August 14 and continue through Sunday, August 16. We will announce the reopening date once confirmed.

🍒Ohashi Cherry Farm Shop, Nokanan and Sandandaki
Scheduled through Sunday, August 16.

Please note that sales may finish earlier if the remaining cherries sell out.

Ohashi Cherry Farm will be closed on Monday, August 17 and Tuesday, August 18.

After this short break, we will prepare for our next fruit-picking season, which is expected to begin sometime in August. Further details will be announced once confirmed.

🍒 Cherry Picking Season Update
As of August 3

Hello from Ohashi Cherry Farm.

After welcoming many visitors, cherry picking in our Nanyo and Gassan Nishiki orchards has finished for this season. Thank you very much to everyone who visited!

We are currently opening our Benishuho Orchard as the General Orchard. This orchard is usually available only for a limited period during the season.

The cherries are now fully ripe and becoming wonderfully sweet as we enter the final part of the season.

Depending on the remaining fruit and the number of visitors, cherry picking is expected to finish around Friday, August 7. If you are planning to visit, we recommend coming soon.

Even after cherry picking finishes, we hope to continue selling fresh cherries at our farm stands until around the Obon holiday period, while fruit remains available.

Nanyo and other varieties may also be available in limited quantities on certain days. Please contact us in advance if you are looking for a particular variety.

After a short break, our next fruit-picking season will begin with plums, prunes, and other fruits. 🍑🫐🍇

🍒 Enjoy Our Sweet, Fully Ripe Cherries! 🍒

Hello from Ohashi Cherry Farm.

As of July 31, visitors can enjoy cherry picking in three different areas: the General Orchard, the Nanyo Orchard, and the Gassan Nishiki Orchard.

We are now entering the latter part of the season. The cherries have been ripening on the trees and are becoming wonderfully sweet.

Finding a beautiful cherry, picking it yourself, and tasting it right there in the orchard is a special experience. You can also compare different cherries and discover your favorite flavor! 🍒

From around August 3, we will guide visitors to the orchard areas available that day, depending on the condition of the cherries and the number of visitors. The available areas may be limited on some days.

After cherry picking finishes, we plan to take a short break before our next fruit-picking season begins. Plums, prunes, and other fruits will be coming next! 🍑🫐🍇

Fresh cherries are also expected to remain available at our farm shop for a while after cherry picking finishes.

🍒 Nanyo Field Opens Today! 🍒

Our Nanyo cherry field opens today.

Nanyo is a popular large cherry variety, often called the “King of Cherries.” It is known for its large size, satisfying texture, and rich flavor.

Many customers look forward to Nanyo every year. However, this year’s harvest is limited, so the season may end earlier than usual.

If you would like to enjoy Nanyo cherries, we recommend visiting early.
