Stone-Milled Uji Matcha — Now in Resealable Bags

Did you know November is the true season for Matcha?
Tencha, the tea leaves used for Matcha, was picked in early summer and, traditionally, used to be sealed in jars to slowly mature.
When the jar is finally opened after the summer, the moment is celebrated in the tea ceremony world as Kuchikiri no Chaji—
almost like a “New Year” for tea.

To mark this special season, we’re excited to introduce three new varieties of our stone-milled Uji Matcha:
Shiro (White), Shu (Red), and Kuro (Dark) 🌿
Now available in the much-requested resealable bag type.
