Small batch Serrano green hot sauce!
自家栽培の最後のセラーノとハバネロを使用。
限定品。限定10本。1本1200円。
今回はセラーノ50％、ハバネロ50％なので、よりスパイシー。大きな違いはないが、確かに目立つ。
パイナップル、ライム、パクチー、タマネギ、そして大量のニンニク！
近い将来、冷凍トウガラシの仕入れ先が見つからない限り、2025年の夏の半ばか終わりまで、このソースはこれで最後になるだろう。
Using The last of my frozen 2024 homegrown serrano and habanero peppers.
Limited edition. Only 10 bottles for sale. ¥1200 per bottle.
This time it was about half and half serrano/habanero so there’s a lot more of a spicy kick to this batch. Not a super duper big kick but noticeable for sure.
No change to the other flavors
Pineapple, lime, cilantro, onions and tons of garlic!
Unless I find a supplier of frozen peppers in the very near future, this will be the last batch of this sauce until mid or late summer of 2025.
