Our Sanriku seafood was artfully arranged with a variety of sauces:

🦪Rich from Miyagi Prefecture with tabasco sauce and wasabi, bringing a spicy kick that complements the oysters' briny, buttery notes.
🌊Delicate with ponzu sauce, providing a refreshing citrusy zest to enhance the scallops’ natural sweetness.
