How to Make Japanese Sencha Green Tea 🍃✨ Sencha = Japan’s most loved green tea. It’s brewed (not whisked), and the ritual is simple:
Step 1: Add 2/3 teaspoon of loose green tea into a teapot
Step 2: Pour water at 70–80°C
Step 3: Let it steep for 60 seconds
Step 4: Pour gently into a cup
A small, peaceful ritual in the middle of December 🌿
You can re-steep the leaves a few more times with slightly hotter water and shorter waiting.
