Sausage fest is a restaurant located in Misato, Kumamoto, near the famous “Ishidan stairway”(3,333 stone steps, longest in Japan). We offer “farm to table” organic food, homemade sausages, charcuterie , craft beer, classic and contemporary continental cuisine in relaxing environment by the river .We also plan to open small, beer brewery on site in the near future.
ソーセージ・フェストは「石段」（日本最長3333段）で有名な熊本県美里町にある, レストランです。川のせせらぎでリラックスできる環境の中、オーガニック食材、自家製ソーセージ、デリカテッセン、クラフトビール、古代と現代のコンチネンタル料理を「畑からテーブルへ」提供しています。また近い将来、小さなビール酒造所を開設する予定です。
