This glass has made by a collaboration of GLASSBACCA (a glass tableware company) and Organization of National Research Institute of Brewing(Japan’s only national research institute for brewing and alcoholic beverages). This was produced to lead anyone to 'a guide' which is a basic of tasting evaluation. It allows anyone to get the sake aroma easily, and to know the specialty of sake more deeply.
