Summerbirdは1986年デンマークで生まれた世界最高標準の原材料にこだわったチョコレートです。

添加物を一切使用しない、自然界の中で厳選した材料で作られた渾身の一作は、北欧にチョコレートの革命を起こしました。これを機にデンマーク語で蝶々を意味するSummerbirdという名のチョコレートブランドが誕生したのです。創業者のミカエル・グロンルッケは世界中を旅しながら、本当に美味しい上質なオーガニックの原材料を探し続けた結果、2014年に念願の全商品100%オーガニックを実現することができました。

Summerbird was established in Denmark in 1986 with the highest regard for chocolate and organic ingredients. The first chocolates produced by Sum

merbird were simple butterfly-shaped chocolates made with carefully selected ingredients of the highest quality. The use of these top-level natural ingredients stirred up a revolution in Northern Europe. From this, Summerbird – which means butterfly in Danish – became the name of our chocolate brand. Founder Mikael Grønlykke has traveled all around the world to find the best organic ingredients. As a result of continued commitment to high-quality organic raw materials, in 2014 Summerbird succeeded in obtaining our long-sought-after goal of producing 100% organic products across our entire chocolate lineup.
