ラベル貼りの様子をご紹介

中沢酒造のお酒は、すべてラベルを手で貼っています。
糊タイプと、シールタイプがあります。

今回の動画では、糊での2面貼りをご紹介。

糊貼りは、貼った後からでも微調整が出来ます。
この糊は、粉末のものを水で溶いて使います。
糊の粘り具合、付ける量など、熟練の技です✨

シール貼りは、台紙からはがして貼るだけで、結露などに強いです💪
ですが貼り直しが出来ないので、一発勝負！
緊張の一瞬です。

A look at the labeling process

At Nakazawa Shuzo, every label is applied by hand.
We use two types: traditional paste and self-adhesive stickers.

In this video, we demonstrate the process of applying labels to two sides using paste.

One advantage of using paste is that the label's position can be slightly adjusted even after it has been applied.
We prepare the paste by mixing powder with water.
Achieving the perfect consistency and applying just the right amount requires the touch of a skilled artisan. ✨

Self-adhesive stickers, on the other hand, are simply peeled off the backing and applied; they are highly resistant to issues like condensation. 💪
However, they cannot be repositioned—it’s a one-shot deal!
It is a moment that calls for steady hands and concentration.

[Oct 2–3] Romancecar Museum Standing-Bar Festival @ Ebina

We are hosting an event at the Romancecar Museum—located right next to Ebina Station—featuring a selection of popular alcoholic beverages and craft b**rs from along the Odakyu Line and across Kanagawa Prefecture (and beyond), including some "limited-edition" brews.

This is a truly unique gathering held in the Romancecar Gallery, where six generations of historic Romancecar trains are lined up side-by-side. We hope you enjoy this special two-day event, which offers a chance to mingle with staff from the breweries and craft b**r makers!

Nakazawa Shuzo will be setting up a booth on October 3rd!
