Welcome to the Southern Candied Pecans page! First, a little about myself. I am a proud Air Force wife from Charleston, SC, with a lot of ambitious goals when it comes to cooking in the kitchen. Trying new recipes and creating sweet treats for my family is something that truly makes my heart happy and my family's tummies happy, too! :)

With that said, I would like to share some of these treats wi

th you! Some tasty little snacks that will last a long time, are Candied Pecans. Believe me when I say, you can't have just one! These little treats are coated in sugary goodness with a touch of cinnamon for a sinful flavor that's sure to light up your taste buds. They are a great "on the go" snack or even as a crushed topping from salads to ice cream! The possibilities are endless! These make a great gift for the holidays, such as, Christmas Stocking Stuffers, Valentine's Day, Birthdays, Anniversaries, etc. They're also perfect for teachers gifts, friends, your family for an irresistible after school snack, or a luxurious indulgence for yourself and your loved one to share...

They are made fresh per order for same day or next day pick up and can last up to one month sealed in an air tight container. **Please note: All same day orders must be placed before 2pm for cooking and cooling time!**

Did you know....??!!??

Most agree that the praline was invented by the personal chef of the French diplomat César, duc de Choiseul, comte du Plessis-Praslin in the early 17th century. The original praline was almonds in a creamy sugar coating. Pralines came to America as part of the creole cuisine of Louisiana and pecans were substituted into the recipe because of the plentiful Louisiana pecan trees. Pecan pralines quickly became a commonplace treat in the South.
