Cook-It-Yourself Meal Kits and Catering The Set Table is helping families bring back the weeknight dinner! You can also order dessert!

We offer weekly complete meal kits containing inventive recipes and all of the ingredients needed to get dinner on the table fast! Utilizing only the freshest vegetables and proteins from local markets, each meal provides healthy portions and a range of melt in your mouth flavors! Impress your family and friends with our Cook-It-Yourself meals, but leave the grunt work to us! How It Works:
Step 1:

Check out our weekly menu options posted on our page or website: www.TheSetTableMeals.com
Step 2: Click on the Meal Kits tab on our website. Choose 1, 2, 3, or all 4 meals for the week as well as the number of people you are feeding. Get your order in by midnight on Thursday for delivery the next week! Step 3: Pickup your kits the following Tuesday from one of our convenient locations on base, or opt for delivery directly to your door for a small fee! Step 4: Open your bag of goodies & get cooking! Ingredients are pre-portioned, so no measuring is required! All you need at home is olive oil, butter, salt & pepper, & some basic cooking utensils and you are on your way to a great weeknight meal. Homemade pita and spicy honey whipped feta dip!

This is a great app to serve alongside any Mediterranean-inspired dish, and you can’t beat pita fresh out of the oven!

🔆Dip Recipe 🔆

2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2-1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
6 oz. feta cheese
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

In a small saucepan, add the olive oil, minced garlic, and 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (add 1 full tsp if you’d like it extra spicy) over low heat. Once the oil starts to simmer, cook the garlic and pepper flakes for about 1 min, or until the garlic turns light golden brown. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined, then taste, adding more salt/pepper if needed.

In a blender or food processor, add the feta, Greek yogurt, and 2 tbsp of the spicy honey mixture. Blend until creamy and smooth, then scoop into a serving bowl and drizzle with the remaining honey mixture. Serve alongside pita wedges or sliced veggies!

This is also amazing as a spread for sandwiches!

I’m not gonna lie, this is probably my favorite dessert bar recipe I’ve ever written!

These Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Trail Mix Bars are topped with a sweet, tangy, salty mix of your favorite trail mix bits, then drizzled with a white chocolate frosting!

The best part? The toppings are totally interchangeable-don’t love almonds? No problem! Sub with walnuts, pecans, cashews, whatever you have on hand. The same goes for the dried fruit and chocolate chips!

We are switching things up a bit from the norm on the next menu since it is Golden Week! Many smaller businesses will be closed, making doing our standard fruit/veggie ordering for our meals a bit tougher.

We will be offering a dessert cook-it-yourself kit, fruit and veggie boxes, charcuterie snack boxes, and 1 pre-made meal!

The meal is our Southwestern Egg Rolls-the most ordered/requested/popular recipe of the over 500 recipes that I've written for The Set Table!

You have the option to order all veggie, or veggie/chicken. These come in orders of 10, individually wrapped, with a homemade avocado ranch dipping sauce on the side. All you need to do is bake/deep fry/air fry and serve!

These can be stored in the freezer and pulled out whenever you need a quick snack or dinner!
