【満員御礼】新酒とスタートアップが交差する一夜 / 【Full House!】 A Night Where New Sake Meets Startup Spirit
12月23日、「〜年末余韻・新年仕込み〜 新酒と食でつなぐMeetup」を神田錦町ブンカイサンにて開催しました。
今回の目玉は、何といってもこの「スピード感」。 共催の NovolBa様、平野様、haco style の3社が出会ったのは、わずか1ヶ月前のイベント。そこから意気投合し、共同企画として形にするまでのスピード感は、まさにスタートアップならではの熱量でした。

★定員を大幅に超える大盛況となり、会場は熱気に包まれました。 ここから新しいプロジェクトや繋がりが芽吹くことを、心から楽しみにしています。 大好評につき、2026年もこのイベントは「続投」の予感です！
On December 23rd, we hosted the meetup "Year-end Resonance & New Year's Prep: Connecting through New Sake & Food" at Bunkaissan, Kanda Nishikicho.
This event was a true testament to startup agility—co-organized by NovolBa, Mr. Hirano, and haco style, who only met a month ago!
★What happened?
Workshop: Reflecting on 2025 and designing the "Compass" for 2026, using the freshness of "Shinshu" (new sake) as a metaphor for startups.
Pairing: An experimental tasting session featuring new sake paired with unexpected snacks like cotton candy, sunflower seeds, and cheese.
Networking: A vibrant cross-industry exchange that sparked diverse conversations.
We were thrilled to have a turnout that far exceeded our capacity! Thank you to everyone who joined us. We hope this night sparks many new projects and connections. Given the amazing feedback, we are already feeling a "sequel" in 2026!
