また、パンケーキの間にはさくらの葉の塩漬けをサンドし甘味の中に塩味を楽しめます。葉っぱは取らずにパンケーキと一緒にお召し上がりください。
お皿にはフレッシュいちご、ホワイトチョコディップドいちご、追いいちごソース、さくらアイス、そして香川県伝統のお祝いお菓子”おいり”。

The special cream draped over the pancakes is made by blending Hokkaido pure fresh whipped cream with cherry blossom, strawberry, and cheese to evoke the essence of spring.Between the pancake layers, we’ve sandwiched salted preserved cherry leaves, allowing you to enjoy a subtle saltiness amidst the sweetness.
Please enjoy the leaves together with the pancakes without removing them.The plate is adorned with fresh strawberries, white chocolate-dipped strawberries, extra strawberry sauce, sakura ice cream, and Kagawa Prefecture’s traditional celebratory confectionery “oiri”.

A special macadamia nuts sauce pancake exclusive to this season has arrived.
We’ve customized our signature classic dish—the “Macadamia Nuts Sauce Pancakes”—into a strawberry version.
Generously topped with strawberry macadamia nuts sauce, and finished with five fresh strawberries on the side plus an extra drizzle of strawberry sauce.
The cute knife- and fork-shaped rusks made from pancake batter remain just as they are. A limited offering available only this spring.

『和栗と安納芋』

2026年新春の喜びとともにご提供するのは、日本を代表する最高の味覚“芋”と“栗”を使用したパンケーキです。
海の幸で例えるなら王道のウニ・イクラ丼と言ったところでしょうか。本当に豪華なコラボレーションです。
「でも芋も栗も秋の味覚でしょ？今更ちょっと遅くない？」
なんて声が聞こえてきそうですが、ご安心ください。
当店で使用しているお芋は収穫後ムロで追熟し甘さをさらに引き出した高糖度安納芋。ベストシーズンは1月以降なのです。和栗も熟成させることで自然に増した上品な甘みがじんわり染み渡るようになります。
さて、それではさっそくお皿のご紹介です。
まず目に入るのはドーンと鎮座する安納芋の焼き芋。
このお芋は例年通り鹿児島県種子島にある熊野農園謹製安納芋。当店は熊野さん一択です。ねっとりとした焼き芋に、今年はトッピングでバターも追加できますのでお好みでお試しください。ソースは自家製カスタードに安納芋を混ぜた濃厚クリーム。サイドには安納芋のポタージュと味変用のみたらしソースを添えています。
そしてパンケーキの上には和栗のモンブラン。洋栗のような強い甘さではなく、和栗ならではの素朴で奥深い味わいのモンブランクリーム。中にはバニラアイスと和栗の粒身を入れております。トップにはホクっと上品で優しい味わいの甘露煮を。
和栗と安納芋。それぞれの味で食べても良し、口の中で混ぜ合わせて楽しんでも良し。
甘さと風味のバランスが心の奥まで温かく満たしてくれます。
どうぞこの幸せな余韻をご堪能ください。

To celebrate the joy of the 2026 New Year, we proudly present pancakes featuring Japan's finest flavors: sweet potatoes and chestnuts.The sweet potatoes are, as always, premium Anno imo from Kumano Farm on Tanegashima Island in Kagoshima Prefecture.
The creamy, sticky baked sweet potato can be topped with butter this year—please add it to your liking.
The sauce is a rich cream made by blending our homemade custard with Anno sweet potato purée.
On the side, we serve Anno sweet potato potage and a mitarashi sauce for flavor variation. Atop the pancakes sits a Japanese chestnut Mont Blanc. Unlike the intense sweetness of European chestnuts, this Mont Blanc cream offers the rustic, profound depth unique to Japanese chestnuts. Inside, you'll find vanilla ice cream and chunks of Japanese chestnut flesh. Crowning it all is a plump, elegant chestnut simmered in syrup with a soft, refined flavor.Japanese chestnuts and Anno sweet potatoes.
The perfect balance of sweetness and rich flavors will warmly fill your heart.

本日はレインボーパンケーキの14歳の誕生日です。
開業以来たくさんのお客様にご来店いただき、数々の笑顔を思い出すと、感謝が溢れます。
本当にありがとうございます。

たくさんの縁を重ねてきて、最近は日本はもちろん海外のお客様も多く、気づけば、私たちの小さなお店の中で、世界の広さを感じるようになりました。
地球の真裏にあたるブラジル、ウルグアイ、アルゼンチンをはじめ、アフリカ大陸最南端の南アフリカ、そしてロシア、ウクライナ、イスラエルなど、複雑な状況下にある国の方々にも、ご来店いただいております。

『ミルクティーと秋のフルーツたち』
9/19(金)～10/5(日)

実りの秋。今が旬のおいしいフルーツたちとミルクティーのパンケーキはいかがですか？
シャインマスカット、ナガノパープル、梨、いちじくのはちみつレモンがげ、そしてブルーベリーのパンナコッタ。
今回はパンケーキのソースはミルクティーとアングレーズソースの2層構造にしました。
トップにはほんのりきなこをかけて、その上に焼きマシュマロをのせて。
味変の黒蜜ソースをかけるとより和テイストに変わります。
フレッシュフルーツ以外はもちろんすべて自家製です。
