Sourdough class update:

We are tentatively planning for our first Okinawa beginner sourdough workshop at the end of April! Date confirmation will be posted soon.

During this interactive course you will learn how to identify proper gluten formation, baking techniques, and how to bake a naturally leavened sourdough loaf.

Classes will be $150 per person and are limited to 10 seats. All payments are due at the time of scheduling. Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours for a partial refund.

To place an order please send us a private message!
Once pre-orders are full no more orders will be taken.

Payment can be made at time of order via Zelle and Apple Pay or paid with exact cash at time of pickup. Yen equivalent is okay.

Pickup reminders will be sent within 24 hours of pickup. If orders are not picked up within the allotted time frame and no other arrangements have been established, the product will then be donated due to its perishable nature.
