2016 is the new 2026 ? Keeping up with the trend ♥️

1. When life was revolving around this little one and camera full of selfies with this boy
2. Days of being stay at home mom which was the most exhausting at the same time most satisfying phase of my life time - felt like I had fulfilled the dharma of giving birth to a being
3. More selfies and Snapchat days 🤪
4. When alcohol and get togethers and parties happened almost every weekend till we got too old and tired of hosting 😅
5. Long car drives along watching the beautiful mountains or ocean views was our favourite thing to do on the weekends
6. Mini get away to Pondicherry
7. High protein meals everyday - sneak peak into my meal prep tasted so good
8. A family meet up before we said a big bye bye
9. Friends who kept me sane those years

Mushrooms and bell peppers are match made in heaven ❤️😀

Made a quick mushroom and bell pepper frittata… quick recipe below , will add some prep shots on my story … check it out

1. Add olive oil to a pan, add 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic, 1 large onion (sliced) 4-5 sliced button mushrooms, green bell pepper, red bell pepper cook until softened a bit.
2. In a bowl whisk, 8 eggs, add 1/3 cup fresh cream or milk, salt, red chilli flakes, nutmeg powder (1/2 tsp), dried parsley and whisk well
3. Preheat oven for 10 mins at 180 degs, prepare a baking dish by spreading some butter on the sides and bottom, add the beaten egg mixture, cooked mushrooms and bell peppers and mix it well.
4. Top it with shredded cheese of your choice and bake in the oven for 30 mins. Rest for 10 mins before eating it ☺️

Enjoy for breakfast alongside your coffee , can store in the refrigerator for 3 days.

Recipe to make Morning power cleansing juice Ingredients to Blend :
1/2 carrot ( cubes)
1/4 medium sized beetroot (cubes)
1 Japanese cucumber chopped
1 inch ginger (peeled)
1/2 cup raspberries (or any citrus fruit)
500 ml water
Honey for sweetness

Food is thy medicine ☺️

Tandoori Nachos 😍

Tandoori nachos

Ingredients

1 pack Nachos chips
2 Tandoori chicken pieces
Nachos Cheese sauce
1 Tomatoe (roughly chopped)
5-6 Jalapeño
2-3 handfuls Melting shredded cheese

Method

First begin by prepping the tandoori chicken, remove the meat from the bones and keep it aside.

Now take your serving dish (microwaveable), layer some nachos until the bottom is covered and over it half of shredded tandoori chicken pieces.

Drizzle some nachos cheese sauce and some shredded cheese on top.

Repeat another layer of nachos chips, remaining chicken, cheese sauce and shredded cheese and finally top with diced tomatoes, jalapeños

Microwave it until the cheese is melted ( 500 w for 3 mins)

Serve hot.
