2023 was a rollercoaster of a year from a divorce to finding many medical issues with my baby. I trust God and know 2024 is my year!

It has been a long year and took 3 attempts in Virginia to get it almost right. The taste is there for sure, got to work on the dough to make it as fluffy as it was in Okinawa. Once I get the recipe just right, I will get back to sharing my love of baking!

Originally I had planned on taking orders again after little Madi was born however, I forgot how time consuming a baby was. Not only did we have a new addition, we both received orders back to the States early next year! As 2021 comes to an end, I want to say thank you to all of you for supporting my little business and helping light my passion for baking cinnamon rolls! Without your feedback and support, I wouldn’t have been able to raise money for local orphanages or fine tune my recipes! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I hope we can cross paths again in the future. Happy New Years everyone, may your 2022 be filled with adventure, kindness, and most importantly LOVE!

Good day everyone! As my bun in my oven gets bigger, I am finding it more difficult to bake. So, I am taking the next few months, until she is born in early Sep, to take a little break. I should be healed and ready to go by October for holiday orders! Who knows I may have a few new toppings! Thank you for the support! Have a wonderful Summer!
