新年あけましておめでとうございます。
日頃より、WCBのビールをご愛飲いただき、
心より感謝申し上げます🙇🏼‍♂️🙇🏼‍♀️🙇🏼🍻

昨年は、ブランドとしての展開を広げながら、WCBチームにとって多くのチャレンジを重ねた一年でした。少しずつ“会社らしく”なってきてはいますが(笑)、それでもやっぱり揺るがないのは、スタッフみんなのエネルギー。私たちにしか描けない世界観こそが、WCBそのものだと改めて実感しています。

そしてもう一つ。創業時からずっとずっと支えになっているのが、ファンの方々の存在。WCBのビールを手に取り、楽しみ、応援してくれるそのお気持ちが、私たちの次の一歩へ進む大きな力になっています。

ということで！
2026年も、みんなでイロイロ仕掛けていきますよ～。
今年もさまざまなProjectが(こっそり)進行中です🤝🏼🔥

WCBの次なる“アノ計画”を発表💣

年始にお知らせしていた「𝐖𝐂𝐁 𝐓𝐎𝐊𝐘𝐎 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐉𝐄𝐂𝐓 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓」
遂に3つ目のプロジェクト、“虎ノ門エリア”への出店について情報解禁！今年竣工したばかりの高層ビル「虎ノ門アルセアタワー」1Fに、WCBが路面店として、ビアレストラン『𝐖𝐂𝐁 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦』を開業することになりました。

何よりもの主役は、自社WCBが造る自慢のフレッシュなビール。そして、ペアリングを第一に追求したTex-Mex(メキシコ風アメリカ料理)がベースの創作フード。モノトーンデザインのシックな店内へ光が射すように、信念の詰まった一杯を自信を持って提供いたします。

ドラフトは圧巻の全20TAP、毎週ラインアップが豊かに変わる缶ビールはテイクアウトもOK。内装は系列店同様にWCB代表であり建築家のDerrekが設計。 に続き “音楽”をキーワードに、上質な音に揺れていただける、こだわりの音響設備やDJブースも完備しています。

日中はランチや昼飲み、お仕事終わりの1杯から0次会や待ち合わせに、夜はデートやグループでとっておきのディナーをお楽しみください。もちろん、おひとり様もいつでも大歓迎😎

【ビッグ・フィッシュ】
West Coast Double IPA / 8.5% ABV
Dry Hopped with Anchovy & Citra

【Flavor】
It has the same dry hop composition as "Little Fish," which was released at the same time and in a different style.
In addition to the standard Citra, Anchovy was chosen for the first time. The woody aroma is followed by bright citrus notes, passion fruit, concord grape, and a tropical impression.The nuances of green leaves, a hint of dankiness, and even maltiness combine to create a pleasantly sweet aftertaste.
Enjoy the difference from its counterpart "Little Fish" by comparing the two!

Hazy Pale Ale / 5.0% ABV
Dry Hopped with Anchovy & Citra

【Flavor】
It has the same dry hop composition as "Big Fish," which was released at the same time and in a different style, and in addition to the standard Citra, Anchovy was chosen for the first time. Fresh aromas of grapefruit and lemon lead the taste, which is followed by pineapple, lychee, and Anchovy-derived tropical fruits reminiscent of watermelon. The balance of sweetness and bitterness is exquisite and gentle.

CBD-Infused Session IPA / 4.5% ABV
Dry Hopped with Nelson Sauvin, El Dorado, El Dorado CGX, Citra & Citra CRYO

※Each can (500mL) contains 15mg of CBD

【Flavor】
A strong citrus aroma reminiscent of grapefruit and orange is followed by tropical fruit-like aromas that add depth to the flavor. It also has a fresh grassy and woody impression and a moderate bitterness that seems to be derived from CBD, resulting in a light overall taste.

⚠️The legal drinking age is 20 years old. If age cannot be verified alcohol will not be served or sold.

【Flavor】
The floral aromas are reminiscent of grapefruit and orange, followed by floral impressions of Concord grape, melon and peach nuances. A grassy, grassy quality strongly enhances the overall palate.

【Flavor】
Excitingly dank aroma of Riwaka Diesel, the first hop used by WCB! Tropical taste reminiscent of lychee, mango, and papaya, followed by orange-like citrus aroma. The impression of stone fruit-like gentle sweetness similar to apricot and peach is firmly accented with grassy and herbal nuances.

🏋️‍♀️Handy Boi
【ハンディ・ボーイ】
American Pale Ale / 5.0% ABV
Dry Hopped with El Dorado, Centennial, El Dorado CGX & Motueka KM09

【Flavor】
The dry hop brand was upgraded from the previous batch. EI Dorado, with its sweet fruity characteristics, was chosen to accent the citrusy impression of Centennial and Motueka. The fruity finish is reminiscent of grapefruit, lime, and a hint of peach. The bitterness of the aftertaste is perfectly balanced as well.

この度、Hop Dudeたちが正式に居を構えた地は、なんと東京駅のすぐ近く“新丸の内”。ミニマムな店舗ながら、WCBの世界観をギュッと凝縮させ、ボトルショップ兼ビアバーとして開業いたします🍻😎

店名の通り音楽をテーマに、レコードショップをイメージした店内では、アナログレコードを使用した、Mr.DこだわりのBGMでおもてなし。系列店舗同様に、毎週リリースされるフレッシュな新作ビールが静岡のブルワリーから直送&最短で店頭に届きます。

ドラフトは全6TAP、缶ビールも豊かなラインアップで品揃え。飲んでいくのも良し、テイクアウトだって大大大歓迎！
(ちょっとしたフィンガーフード的なおつまみもご用意✌🏼)

東京駅からは激近ロケーションなので、関東勢の方々だけでなく、旅行や出張で来られた方の移動の合間に、サクッと軽く1杯だったり🍺✨車中のお供に缶ビールをGETだったり🚅💯お店の使い道はさまざま。もちろんお仕事帰りや休日にも来て欲しい！

Collabo with Gareth and the gang at Be Easy Brewing 😎🤟🏼🍺
There is ... literally no mango in this beer (or is there?!)
- we did however for this one have a go at a WHC Labs yeast strain they call “mango madness.” A Triple IPA fermenting out at 34C for 2 days to terminal is pretty mental. We are getting all kinds of sweet mango sensory in this one, with a nicely masked alcohol vibe (danger zone) and plenty of body to balance it out.

Certified. Banger. If you like hops, and you liked Southern Legends (our previous foray into the lost woods ahem I mean “Clean Fusion” with our homies at One Drop) then you, are, going, to, LOVE this. It’s almost too much. When the hop freshness hits 11 😮‍💨 ⚡️🔈
Might as well be in NZ cooking up this bad boy. We flew over fresh 2025 Riwaka and Tropical Fusion, added them cold side and let them do their work. The aroma literally jumps off the top of the glass. This is truly ‘a once in a year’ kind of beer - Come get some of this airdropped fresh hop goodness before it runs out.
