🚀 Let's end feeding unproductive bulls! Upgrade Your Herd & Double Your Profits Today! 🐄🥛💡

Do you pay the same price for feed daily without any reduction in the milk yield per cow and getting just 5 to 8 liters of milk per cow? It's time to move beyond average and get a neighbor who's getting 25+ liters from the same feed?

This is not some sort of good luck, this is GENETICS! 🧬✨

Keeping a bull is costly, risky and involves a farm that is more of a "boutique" than a true operation. So, it's time to put your livestock's future into your hands with the BAMSCOS AI Centre!

Why is it the best business move for your farm that you make to switch to Artificial Insemination (AI)?

Boosting productivity and profitability with AI!Why Smart Dairy Farmers Opt for BAMSCOS AI!
🥛 World-class dairy genetics at a fraction of the cost: AI can help you bring world class genetics into your farm at a lower cost. This may be for maximum volume (Friesian), high butterfat (Jersey & Guernsey), or tough resilience (Ayrshire) but we have just the right sire for your cow!

A bull's feeding, housing and maintenance is very costly, costing thousands of shillings monthly. In the case of AI, you will no longer be sending money down the drain on bull maintenance, but will only pay for your cow when she is ready to breed.

Zero Disease Spread: Deadly venereal diseases which cause permanent infertility and silent abortions are brought on by natural mating. BAMSCOS AI provides semen that is 100% disease free, highly screened and certified.

📈 Generate high value calves: AI can convert some of the lower yielding crossbred cows into high value, pedigree grade heifers at the top prices in the market in 1-2 generations.

🎯Tailored Breeding: Choose certain desirable characteristics such as ease of calving, good foot and leg conformation, good udder attachment and extended productive life.

🏆 The BAMSCOS Advantage
We're not just about selling semen, we're about engaging in farmers' interests, providing expert advisory services and helping you develop a viable highly profitable dairy business. It's all in the milk - when we invest in better milk, we all benefit - Hilo Whole Milk is high quality and creates wealth for our whole cooperative community! 🥛❤️

Don't let your future on the farm go out of your hands. Provide the genetics that are right for your cows!

Learning in action: Emining FCS visits Mumberes FCS! (Peer to peer learning)

We strongly believe at Bamscos Cooperative Union that growth occurs when we learn and grow together. Today we were given the great opportunity to support our precious member co-ops, Emining FCS in a benchmarking visit. 📈🌱

This was an inspiring event where cooperative leaders and members shared valuable knowledge, best practices and gained practical experience from each other. There's a lot of power in peer to peer mentoring; when people see cooperatives helping each other operate stronger, manage better and serve their members, that's what the cooperative movement is all about.

We are very dedicated to creating opportunities for such transformative learning to achieve the success of all our cooperates. We're creating a resilient ag network together! 🌍✨

Empowering Our Communities: Investing in the Future of Our Member Cooperatives! It's not only about creating market opportunities at Bamscos Cooperative Union, but about creating strong communities of people who can be self-reliant, who can be prosperous. We are very dedicated to developing our capacity continuously and implementing training to all our cooperative members for their essential needs. This dedication was on display yesterday when we were able to successfully hold a comprehensive Village Savings and Loan Association (VSLA) training in Mumberes! 📈💰 We were privileged to welcome a group of amazing women who were taught key financial literacy, group dynamics, savings management and income generating skills. Women's empowerment is an integral part of sustainable development. These tools will help to make their individual households stronger, as well as help to strengthen the backbone of the entire region's cooperative structure. 💪✨ We feel that if we are able to educate one, we are able to educate many. We are growing together and together we are strong! 🌱 The following are some of the training programs we are currently conducting in Baringo County and stay tuned for more updates here in the future.
