Do you have a sweet tooth? Well, bananas make the most amazing candies you'll ever get. All you need is very ripe bananas(don't let them go waste) simsim, lemon and sugar.
Blend your bananas, put a pan on fire and pour the banana juice. Add some sugar(to your taste) add simsim and some lemon juice (for preservation) stir till it's thick enough. Pour it on a metallic plate and leave it to dry. Once dry cut it into small cubes and your candies are ready.
