Partnering with dairy farmers to improve the quality of livestock and produce; to grow their farm and then give back to others.

Tumaini Timbwani Junior Secondary School were invited to a Basketball Tournament sponsored by the NBA and Safaricom. 40 teams were involved in quick fire games! It was a Learning and Fun kind of competition where junior learners learnt several new basketball skills. Many people walk through the gates at Tumaini, but it’s extra special when a former student returns to say hi.

Rose visited Tumaini this week, she was class of 2009, one of the pioneer students. Rose lives in Italy with her husband and 2 children. She teaches English lessons, together with some translation work and works with animals too.

Remembering a time we had a competition where students made the Tumaini logo position, Rose introduced her daughter, Emma with Hope, Trust & Confidence!

Congratulations Girls 3x3 Basketball Team. What is 3x3? More numbers! You need 1 hoop, 2 teams & 6 players. This makes the sport more accessible as you don't need a full court, also faster & more fun!

Our Girls Team beat a tough team in the final by 6-3, come on Boys!

Let's see where we can go from here!
