🌱 IS BOREHOLE WATER GOOD FOR VEGETABLES? 💧

My client recently asked "Is borehole water good for farming vegetables?"

Good question I thought! Borehole (groundwater) can be perfectly suitable for watering vegetables - but it should be tested before use. If the key water-quality parameters, including pH, salinity and mineral levels, are within recommended limits, borehole water is generally suitable for irrigation and vegetable production.

⚠️ However… some borehole water may contain high levels of salts, iron, fluoride or other minerals. Over time, this can affect soil health, plant growth and crop productivity.

💡 Don’t assume borehole water is good - or bad - just because it comes from underground. Test it first, understand its composition, and manage it accordingly.
