WE ARE HIRING: POULTRY FARM MANAGER
We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Farm Supervisor to provide full operational leadership of the farm, ensuring seamless day-to-day management, driving maximum productivity, and implementing effective systems that enhance efficiency, growth, and long-term profitability of the business.
This is a leadership role for a results-driven individual who is hands-on, disciplined, and passionate about poultry agribusiness.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day farm operations
* Supervise and manage all farm staff to ensure efficiency and accountability
* Implement and monitor effective feeding programs and production schedules
* Ensure high standards of farm hygiene, biosecurity, and overall bird welfare
* Maintain accurate operational records and prepare performance reports
* Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase productivity
* Support market-oriented production by aligning output with demand
* Contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing sales and overall farm profitability
Requirements
* Proven experience in poultry farm supervision or a similar role
* Strong practical knowledge of poultry production systems
* Basic understanding of feed management and formulation
* Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
* Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Diploma or Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field is an added advantage
