Following the lapse of the grace period issued to Utawala and Mihang'o residents to regularise their water and sewer connections , our team from Upper Embakasi led by the Regional Manager have began an enforcement exercise to disconnect all unmetered and illegal connections.

All customers are encouraged to apply for water and sewer connections on portal.nairobiwater.co.ke .

Nairobi Water Managing Director Martin Nang’ole hosted a high-level courtesy call with KARA Chairman Eng. Patrick Obath and CEO Henry Ochieng to explore collaboration on stakeholder engagement and service delivery improvement in Nairobi and its environs.

Joined by KARA member Ephraim Ka**ke and Nairobi Water’s Corporate Affairs & Liaison Manager James Karanja, the meeting centered on developing a collaborative relationship towards enhancing engagements that will improve the customer experience.

The collaboration aims to create a model framework that strengthens mutual obligations — with Nairobi Water, enhancing its commitments in provision of water and sewerage services, while residents commit to timely bill payments, reporting of illegal activities that disrupt services and prompt reporting of leaks and bursts.

This initiative will significantly bolster a robust two-way feedback mechanism between Nairobi Water and the residents.
