Recipe (Serves 1)
* 150g Alphajiri Bulgogi Beef
* 50g Green Gram Noodles (dried)
* Your favorite vegetables (French beans, broccoli, chives, etc.)
Method:
1️⃣ Cook the green gram noodles for 2 minutes, just as you would spaghetti.
2️⃣ Pan-fry the bulgogi beef together with all its sauce. Add your vegetables and cook until tender.
3️⃣ Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together.

The bulgogi sauce provides all the flavor you need, so there's no need to add extra seasoning unless you prefer to.
