Recipe:

Banana
Avocado
Watermelon
Grapes
1 Apple - skinned
Dried Fruit - sultanas, currants..
Natural Yoghurt - (can be substituted for favorite yoghurt, I love natural due to the low calories and final fruit taste is maintained)

Throw in the blender and enjoy!!
