The weekend has arrived and chef Khaled has been busy rolling fluffy baos, fermenting and pickling farm ingredients and carefully developing the sauces for this new selections.
1. Beef bulgoli bao: 3pcs of soft and airy bun, marinated skirt steak, sesame seeds, deep fried baby onions, pickled cosmic carrots, pickled cucumber, Napa cabbage kimchi, spicy mayo, fresh farm greens.
2. Gochujang fried chicken: 3pcs of soft and airy bun, crispy fried korean chicken, gochujang honey glaze, spring onion, sesame seeds, pickled cucumber, green mango and papaya kimchi, fresh farm greens.
3. - Red braised pork belly bao: 3pcs soft and airy buns, slow braised pork belly, pickled carrots, purple radish noodles prune sauce, crunchy leeks, seed crumb, coriander.

💥Baoing Out: The Final Menu💥

Our Korean fried chicken is where flavor and texture meet to create the ultimate Bao experience. Paired with a spicy gochujang mayo and any of our fruity kimchi, you’ll be dreaming of it long after you’ve taken the last bite.

The OG vegetarian filling, tofu can be whatever you want it to be. We made it crispy, spicy and bursting with umami. It goes great with all of our condiments, just choose where you want to take your tastebuds.

Pork belly has been our most popular filling and it’s no surprise. We cure it for 12 hours before slow roasting it to perfection. Pair it with pickled veg or paechu kimchi for an explosion of flavor with every single bite.

Food is more than just taste. It’s a multi sensory experience. While we tend to focus on the way our food tastes, what it looks like and how it smells, texture brings the whole thing together. Our new menu plays on the combination of soft bao with crispy fillings, and juicy pickled veg. Each bite is a symphony of feeling. And flavors.

Hey guys!

Thank you so much for your support, we are blown away by all the love. We have been working on some new ideas and we think you’ll love them! The new menu will be out this coming Saturday (30th May), and we’ll be taking orders for next week. We can’t wait to share it with you!

If you don’t have a steamer, here’s how you can steam your bao to perfection

Step 1: Fill a pot halfway with water and bring to a boil

Step 2: Put a colander on top and place your bao on it (Be careful not to overcrowd the colander!)

Step 3: Cover with a dish cloth and place a lid on top of it (The dish cloth prevents water droplets falling on the buns and making them soggy)

Step 4: Steam for 3-5 minutes or 5-8 from frozen

Step 5: Fill them up and enjoy!
