The inaugural Procera US Cocktail Competition came to an unforgettable close at Tales of the Cocktail 2026.
What began months ago with journeys across Atlanta, New York and Boston culminated in an afternoon we’ll never forget.
Along the way, we met some of the industry’s most talented bartenders, heard their stories, witnessed extraordinary creativity, and celebrated the hospitality that makes this community so special.
Our 3 winners from each city took the stage to compete in the final of the very first Procera Cocktail Competition, facing four unique challenges in a showcase of passion, skill and craftsmanship.

The competition may be over, but a safari is just getting started. Each city, Atlanta, Boston and New York, has its own Procera Passport, featuring the top finalists and their participating bar.
