2. We ensure our Trainees get 5 Star Attachment in leading Hotels. We get attachments for all our Trainees. Trainees don't pay for Attachments.
3. When Hospitality Employers request for staff, our Trainees are given first priority locally and internationally. Impact Chefs and Hospitality Academy has built a strong relationship with leading 5 Star Hotels and Resorts. When they have employment opportunities, our Trainees are given first priority. Most of Graduates are fully engaged immediately they finish their course.
4. We help Our Trainees attend at least 4-5 workshops before they leave. This gives the Trainees opportunity to Network with Leading Hoteliers at Several Workshops and Conferences including the Regional Hospitality Food Expo and Conference.
5. We hold the hands of our Trainees till they get meaningful employment locally or Internationally.. We give Trainees Employment navigation techniques and how to manage tough Supervisors or Colleagues.
6. We have a State of the Art Hospitality Training Equipment including a Kitchen and Food and Beverage Equipment which, we insist on all Trainees having Practical Hospitality Skills that are currently needed in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry locally and internationally.
7. We have highly Qualified Hospitality and Tourism Lecturers who are very passionate in developing Youth into Hoteliers. We take only 15-20 Trainees per class to allow Trainers have close supervision of all Trainees. This has resulted to having highly Trained Hospitality and Tourism Trainees who are able to meet Hospitality Industry Challenges effectively.

This Course is designed for Trainees who want to venture into Pastry and Bakery Business or those who want to specialize in Pastry and Bakery..
The Course program in Pastry & Bakery introduces Trainees to specialized aspects of the exciting world of Pastry and Baked items.
The Course equips the trainees with the necessary skills and competence to understand and handle delicious doughy products, chocolate creations, savoury pies, bread, tortes, flans and many more!
Trainees may opt to enrol for the (Week Day Program- 4 Hours Daily ) Monday to Friday program or choose the ( Weekend Program- 8 Hours Daily ) Saturdays and Sundays -only.
