Cooking tip for crunchy & colourful vegeys:
Put some water into a cooking pot and bring it to a boil; add your vegetables and stir them for a few minutes or until their colour pops. Remove the vegeys immediately and throw them in ice cold water. Once they cool off, toss them in a heated pan. Drizzle with oil and add salt and pepper. Serve.
