SPICEWORLD LTD HOSTS THE CANADIAN EMBASSY, CIAT, ICIPE AND KALRO
Spiceworld Ltd was honored to host and engage with the Canadian Embassy, together with other partners including CIAT, ICIPE, KALRO in a strategic dialogue focused on strengthening collaboration across the bean value chain in the region.
Our discussions centered on:
1. Enhancing farmer productivity through market and research-driven solutions
2. Strengthening aggregation, quality assurance, and traceability systems
3. Expanding market access for smallholder farmers
4. Advancing innovation and inclusive value chain development in the bean value chain.
5. Unlocking business opportunities for pulses in the region and across the globe through matchmaking and business to business links.
Beans remain a cornerstone of food security, nutrition, and income generation across East Africa and are a key product in Spiceworld’s portfolio.
