Observation can be more powerful than conversation. So when you find quiet people who are not conversant, do not assume that they are not in the know. They may be smart people observing and wondering whether the people speaking know what they are talking about and whether they can be trusted.

Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 4, “We are pressed on every side by trouble, but we are not crushed and broken. We are perplexed, but we don’t give up and quit. We are hunted down, but God never abandons us. We get knocked down, but we get back up again and keep going.” That’s how you handle pressure. You may be where Paul was, pressed on every side by trouble, a lot coming against you, perplexed, not sure what to do, hunted down, forces trying to stop you. That’s the problem, but always follow it up with the promise. You are not crushed and broken. God is fighting for you. You don’t give up and quit. You have can-do power. You are not abandoned. God never leaves you. He’s the fourth man in the fire. Yes, we get knocked down, but we get back and keep going.

Never forget that while you were crying for that person, that person was smiling with another.
While you couldn't sleep, that person slept with another person.
While you were crying every night, that person was going to sleep peacefully.
While you were waiting for that message, that person was sending messages with someone else.
And I did all this without feeling guilt, or concern for you.
The truth is that sometimes an apology isn't enough, not even an apology, or a sorry. Because many times people feel bad just because they're discovered, not because they've hurt you or despised you.
When you truly love someone you're loyal to them in front and behind their back.
Forgive if you can, but if you can't forgive, don't do it. There are actions that do not deserve to be forgiven nor should be forgiven, nor lies, nor contempt, nor disrespect, nor unfaithfulness, nor betrayal.
And if you have to cry do it, but then get up and move on. That's the best and only revenge that doesn't hurt anyone
