VACANCY: EXPERIENCED POULTRY FARM LEAD
​Lusoi Hill Farm is looking for a seasoned and disciplined Farm Lead to oversee our poultry operations. We are looking for a mature professional who understands the "science and soul" of poultry management—someone who manages by data but leads by observation.
​If you have a proven track record of maintaining high production standards and technical precision, we want to hear from you.
​Key Requirements:
✅ Education: Must hold a Relevant Degree or a Strong Diploma in Animal Health, Animal Production, or a related field.
✅ Experience: A minimum of 7 Years of hands-on experience in commercial poultry management.
✅ Leadership: Proven ability to manage staff and maintain rigorous, real-time farm records.
✅ Age: Preferred 40+ years for leadership maturity.

💰 Base Salary: KSh 30,000.
