2. Order Information
- The customer has to provide a full address and contact detail to arrange delivery service.
- Our customer
service will contact the customer to re-confirm by Phone call, Telegram, WhatsApp, or Messenger before processing the order.
- Our frozen meats are usually a few grams less or overweight. Therefore, we will inform the meat’s weight to the customer before processing the payment.
3. Payment Information
- All the orders could be paid by cash on delivery (COD) except for frozen meats that are needed to be cut and require pre-payment by ABA transfer.
- Order over USD200, prefer pre-payment through ABA Pay or Wing Payment.
4. Delivery Time
- Orders before 3 pm, the products arrive on the same day.
- Order after 3 pm, the products arrive on the next working day.
- We have an express delivery using Grab express delivery (prefer pre-payment).
