How does this work?

"Brew on Premises" means a commercial establishment providing equipment, raw materials and technical advice, where a person can brew and package beer for personal or family consumption or to be given away without charge, and not for sale or commercial use. Brew on Premises operations are sometimes also referred to as “BOP Shops".

At The BOP Shop, we make you the “brew master”. Our Brew On Premises is a DIY Beer making microbrewery, completely at your disposal. Don’t worry about your experience level — our knowledgeable staff will support you with as much or as little expert guidance as you want. We’ll help you choose from our list of tried and true recipes or develop a custom formula that fits your unique tastes. We provide everything you need from recipe and ingredients to equipment and expertise.

Each brewing session takes from 3 to 4.5 hours depending on your recipe and each batch will yield a minimum of 55 bottles (330ml) up to 100 liters! Choose from one of our many house recipes or we’ll customize one to your specific needs. To schedule a brewing appointment simply contact us on Facebook.

We require booking your brewing experience in advance. A $50 (nonrefundable) deposit is required In order to lock in your space. We are occasionally able to accommodate date changes up to two weeks prior to your reservation.
