From nearly 400 bartenders across 10 nations to one unforgettable finale in Manila, Philippines, the Giffard West Cup 2026 Asia journey has been nothing short of incredible.

“𝗦𝗶𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. Bringing together expertise from across coffee, cocktails and hospitality, these four industry leaders will evaluate every creation, every story and every moment behind the bar as they crown this year’s Asia Champion and Asia’s All-Stars.

𝗟𝗶𝘇 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗻 (Liz Shen) — Founder of Beanslooker. With over 13 years in coffee and cocktails, Liz is a PCA leader, Coffee in Good Spirits 2025 podium finisher, and has led guest shifts across Asia while creating sensory mixology experiences for global luxury brands.

Second,
𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗱 𝗢𝗻𝗴 (David Ong) — Co-Founder of The Curator Coffee & Cocktails and several of Manila’s leading hospitality concepts. A respected barista, bartender and entrepreneur, David has played a key role in shaping the Philippine specialty coffee and cocktail scene.

Next in line,
𝗠𝗶𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘆𝗮𝗵 “𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗲” (Elub) — Beverage R&D Specialist at The Union Group and one of Indonesia’s most respected bartenders. A former Diageo World Class Indonesia Champion, Bule brings years of competition, innovation and beverage development experience.

Last but certainly not least,

Now, the journey reaches Manila, Philippines. On Monday, 13th July 2026, Asia’s finest bartenders will take the stage at the Giffard West Cup 2026 Asia Finals. Our final National Selection of GWC 2026 is here — and what a way to close the chapter. Indonesia once again raised the bar, making this year’s selection our toughest yet, with over 80 submissions and an incredibly competitive semi-final. The creativity, passion, and ex*****on showcased throughout the competition set a new benchmark for the region.

Now, the stage is set for the final showdown as we discover who will become the Indonesia Champion 👑🏆

First up,
Rizky Razak (Rizky Ramdhani Razak) — Brand Advocate at Moët Hennessy Indonesia and Bar Manager at Raffles Hotel Jakarta. A Top 3 Global Hennessy MyWay 2023 finalist and Giffard West Cup Indonesia 2019 Top 3 finalist, Rizky brings a wealth of competition experience, technical precision, and passion for hospitality to the judging panel.

Next,
Panji Wisrawan (Panji Wisrawan) — Partner Director of Aftertea by Chontea. With over a decade in the industry, Panji has led award-winning bars to international recognition and earned top honours in competitions including World Class and the Campari Bartender Competition. Today, he continues to push the boundaries of tea and cocktail culture through innovation and creativity.

Last but certainly not least,
Arthur Piffoux (Arthur) — Giffard International Trade Marketing & Advocacy. With over a decade in the industry, Arthur brings a sharp eye for balance, technique, and cocktail storytelling. Bringing together some of Malaysia’s top bartending talents, this competition is a celebration of the country’s rich diversity, creativity, and hospitality at the highest level. From bold flavours to innovative storytelling, we’re excited to discover who will take the Malaysia title. 👑🏆

First up,
Caden Chua (Caden Chua) — Bar Lead at Coley Cocktail Bar and reigning Giffard West Cup Malaysia Champion. Having claimed the title in 2024, Caden returns to the competition from the other side of the judging table, ready to discover the next talent who will represent Malaysia on the GWC stage.

Next,
Ho Boon Leong (Ho Boon Leong) — Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur, bringing extensive hospitality expertise and a wealth of experience in luxury food and beverage operations.

Last but certainly not least,
Michael Cheang (Tipsy Turvy) — Drinks journalist and author of the “Tipsy-Turvy” column in The Star Malaysia. With over 16 years of experience covering spirits, cocktails, and the local bar scene, Michael brings a unique media and industry perspective to the judging panel.

Nono Yu () — Owner and Bartender behind several acclaimed concepts including Jia Jiu, Bar Tor Dāy, and Nán. Known for blending creativity, magic-inspired storytelling, and local Taiwanese ingredients, Nono is the 2022 World Class Taiwan Champion and continues to earn recognition across Asia with his award-winning bars.

Next,
Jint Huang (.huang) — Co-Founder of POLLEn Taipei, Giffard West Cup Taiwan Champion, and Giffard West Cup APAC 1st Runner-Up 2024. Combining years of operational expertise with cocktail craftsmanship, Jint brings both competition experience and a modern perspective to the judging panel.

Victor Chung () — Brand Ambassador at Importer Co., Ltd. and former R&D Director of Draft Land. Widely known as “The Walking Cocktail Encyclopedia,” Victor brings a wealth of knowledge spanning spirits history, cocktail innovation, and beverage education, making him one of Taiwan’s most respected voices in the industry.
