An incredibly rewarding part of our work is sharing details on provenance and gentle processing with clients and colleagues. We work with farmers in Kampong Chhnang who grow galangal, lemongrass, turmeric, chilies and garlic without pesticides or weird chemicals. We are proud to champion Khmer produce and adore everyone’s passion!! Shout out to Melissa for running such great workshops.
