At Le Bar Provençal, our talented Celliers d'Asie mixologist Srey Nik crafted two exclusive signature cocktails:

✨ 1898 highlighted the remarkable complexity of Henri Bardouin Grand Cru Pastis, an exceptional pastis crafted from more than 65 carefully selected botanicals.

🌿 Bastille Bloom revealed the fresh and vibrant character of Absente 55, bringing a contemporary twist to one of France's most emblematic spirits.
