Produced by the visionary Miguel Torres family in the Limarí Valley, El Gobernador isn’t just a spirit; it’s a tribute to the legendary figure of Felipe Margutt Donaire, a local hero of the Chilean War of Independence.

Crafted from a meticulous selection of Moscatel of Alexandria and Rosé Moscatel grapes. Unlike many mass-produced spirits, it undergoes a single distillation in copper stills. On January 28th, we had the pleasure of welcoming François Mateo, Representative Director Asia Pacific, and Martin Ginoux, Business Development Manager China (based in Shanghai), key representatives of Mouton Cadet – Baron Philippe de Rothschild wines, to Phnom Penh 🍷

The day unfolded in two highlights:

👉 An exclusive Master Class, hosted at one of our long-standing partners, Restaurant Topaz (THALIAS HOSPITALITY), led by Arnaud ... and manage by Eden Gean.
This session aimed to present the DNA and spirit of Baron Philippe de Rothschild, with a strong focus on Mouton Cadet, while also showcasing the group’s international presence through its Chilean estates Escudo Rojo and Baronesa P.
A valuable opportunity to engage with our local partners and key Mouton Cadet stakeholders in Phnom Penh.

👉 The evening launch of the Mouton Cadet Héritage cuvée, designed as a moment of discovery, tasting, and genuine exchange.
It allowed our clients to meet the people behind the brand, share time with François and Martin, and for us to sincerely thank our customers for their continued loyalty.
