We were delighted to host the AusCham Cambodia Monthly Social Networking Sundowners, bringing together the Australian business community and friends from across Phnom Penh for an evening of great conversations, new connections, premium Australian produce and plenty of good times.

🇦🇺 A FEAST OF AUSTRALIA — BEEF, LAMB, SAUSAGES & WINE

Today, we brought a little taste of Australia to the table at Butcher’s Block. 🇦🇺🥩🍷

Our Long Lunch was an afternoon built around everything we love about great Australian produce: generous cuts of beef, beautifully prepared lamb, flavoursome sausages and wines that were made to be enjoyed with food.

Chef Jay & the Arena Central kitchen team did an incredible job bringing the Butcher’s Block produce to life, with each dish designed to let the quality of the meat shine.

And alongside it all, the Stonefish premium Australian wine range delivered the perfect partner, elegant, generous and beautifully suited to the flavours coming from the kitchen.

But the real magic was not just on the plate.

It was around the table.

Good food, good wine, plenty of stories, plenty of laughs and a room full of people enjoying a long lunch exactly as it should be enjoyed.

A special thank you to Peter Stonefish and team for joining us and sharing their passion for great Australian wine, and to Chef Jay and the Arena Central kitchen team for an outstanding lunch.

The Butcher’s Block team was proud to participate in the Bastille Day celebrations at the French Embassy in Phnom Penh, sharing our passion for premium Australian beef and the classic cuts that have long been part of French dining traditions.

Bastille Day is much more than France’s national day. It is a celebration of bringing family and friends together around the table to enjoy great food, fine wine and unforgettable company. We were honoured to be part of an event that reflected those values and to meet so many guests who share our love of quality food.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who stopped by the Butcher’s Block stand, and a special thank you to our incredible team for their passion, professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the evening.
