A glimpse into the making of THÉA, from each delicate layer to the final touch. An airy matcha mascarpone mousse, vibrant mango–passion fruit heart, soft matcha sponge and almond sablé come together in a refined balance of bitterness, acidity, creaminess and crunch. Our take on matcha — fresh, elegant, and far from overly sweet.
