Our project :

Sweet Lab is a combination of the love and passion of our job. Our commitment is to offer you a fresh preservatives free homemade craftsmanship of quality directly from us to you.

Our breads :

Our breads are made from fresh yeast or from homemade sourdough. The currently used flours in the world include gluten molecules. There are bigger and bigger, which is why they become indigestible for the body system. In order to avoid it, we created a bread method which takes 12 to 24 hours, who makes our breads more digest.

Moreover, this technique allows us to develop aromas, a honeycomb texture and our signature taste.

Our pastries :

We create our pastries based on French techniques with local products. Our goal is to showcase the local fruits and products through our experiences. We try to keep it simple and authentic while making sure you get a sweet experience of our lab.

Every pastry is prepared every morning and by hand.

We use fresh products or frozen fruits pulp.

We do not work with manufactured preparations or semi-finished products. Our pastries are hand made from the beginning of the creation to your plate. Every dough, every cream, every decoration or every filling is made in the back of our shop.
