Dear customers
We would like to explain our policy concerning the time estimation for deliveries..
When it’s POSSIBLE and when our customers ask for a time estimation for a delivery we will give it, however, this is just an estimation. We will do our best as always to respect this time and as always we will do our best to deliver your food as fast as possible and in the best condition! But we will never GUARANTEE a specific delivery time. We don’t pretend to be able predict the future, this is against our religion. We will do our best to give you the delivery you deserve in the quickest time possible.
We will never do like some other restaurants who lies to their customer (because they don t want to loose an order..) saying that you will be deliver soon and then making you wait 1hour..this is against our religion too and against our company's policy.
So if we are unable to give a time estimation we will not do that.
These last days in Poipet the streets were flooded with the heavy rainfall. We are sorry but we actually dont have a jet ski to make our deliveries😅.
In some streets the motorbike was underwater...while in other streets the traffic was so crazy..because of the weather conditions..and other streets unaccessible.
We had an order from a new customer who had never ordered with us before; who was angry because we weren’t able to give him a time estimation and then accused us of not serving our customers well because we were not able to give him this time estimation. Even we explained the situation to him he was angry and canceled his order.
Dear customer, if you read this we are sorry but we will not lie to you..this is what we are calling treating our customers well, this is in our policy and we are proud of that! Sorry if you are not happy about that.
Also our food dishes are been cooked ONLY after receiving your order ! We don’t pre-cook everything and just keep the food warm incase we get an order and then when receiving orders just packing to deliver like a lot of restaurants here do! Please be advised that we choose quality food, we only cook homemade artisan style food and not an industrial factory food...So we have a limited production capacity and a limited delivery capacity to keep the best quality for our customers!
Thank you for your comprehension and be advised that we are always working and delivering as fast as possible without putting the life of our delivery drivers in danger!
