Capricorn Dairy aims to produce quality, artisan goat cheese on a small urban farm in Siem Reap, Cambodia. The focus is on raising happy and healthy goats sustainability and ethically. The health and welfare of the goats is the highest priority, with a focus on growing food on-farm and using best practice goat management principles wherever possible. The farm is guided by principles of kindness and respect for all living things (Except fire ants. They can all burn in hell)
