The Box The Box offers a meal plan delivery service. Every week, we offer 30 options (normal, keto and vegan) to choose from. Order via the website!

We upload a new menu every Thursday, you have until each Sunday to order your meal(s) for the upcoming week.

Dear MiaMers,

We have a great new to announce, MiaM Box is back and got a new branding. As we merge with The Glasshouse, MiaM Box is becoming The Box.

The concept stays basically the same, but we now offer ready-to-order boxes. The MiaM Box, The Keto Box and the Vegan Box!

We are back to give you those amazing and healthy meals!

We would like to inform our dear clientele and followers that MiaM Box will go on a (forever?) break starting Friday 🥲 we may come back next year with a more structured business but after 2 beautiful years, we felt it was time to focus on new projects, such as The Glasshouse , Sov's exciting upcoming one.

Thank you so much for making this adventure possible, we've learnt so much from you and it was a true pleasure to serve you. Have all a wonderful Christmas and New Year.

What's MiaM Box?
- A once-a-day delivery service for healthy meal plans, between 4 to 7 dollars (incl. delivery!)
- Every week, 5 meat, 5 fish et 5 veggie or vegan dishes are on the normal menu, for our Low Carb and Vegan options, we offer 10 options each
- A maximum flexibility (you can change your time/place of delivery min. 3 hours before, and you got a pass to cancel your meal of the day once a week - provided you warn us within the same time limit)
N.B: the food containers are NOT made of plastic, we work with the amazing One Planet to serve you in plant-based containers, but you may also want to give us your Tupperwares 🙂
