Finally a frozen meal I can get excited for. Found a frozen seafood boil and thought it would be a perfect lazy sunday dinnner. Might of been a little more that I thought for just me lol.

Adding roast chicken to the regular rotations. It's juicy but I have to get that skin crispy. Still tastes delicious.

This steak dish was a challenge it started off with a 2 inch cut of ribeye. Getting it to temp and getting the carryover was a big accomplishment for me.

The spinach I changed up a little bit by adding a little lime juice and it really tied it together. You can't really see it but a pan sauce too that turned out great.
