A drink for two personalities meeting in one glass. Uno side is the Martini: cold, clean, direct, and confident. Clare side is the Wine: soft, elegant, bright, and romantic. this version brings Hwayo 41, St-Germain, Chardonnay, and a touch of acidity. It is designed to feel like a wedding toast: familiar, celebratory, and personal, with the lemon peel giving the final lift at the table.
