The Chairman:
Al-Haj Abul Kashem H.A.R. Sowdagar is at the helms of the organization in the capacity of the Chairman. He is also the founding father of the company. He hails from a reputed business family of Chittagong in Bangladesh. The Board of Directors: The Board of Directors of the organization is constituted of the following members:

THE JOURNEY AND THE DESTINY
We started foodstuff trading and retailing in 1981 as a small grocery shop, and today, ALHAMDU LILLAH, we are a name to reckon with in the business community, as Importers, Wholesalers, Retailers, Caterers, and Distributors of all kinds and ranges of foodstuff and consumer items, all over Kuwait and the UAE. To meet the increasing demand of our customers, we expanded and diversified into Supermarket in 1986, Wholesale in 1992, and established an independent Wholesale Wing under the banner of Janata General Trading Market in 2001, and in 2003 we expanded our business to UAE as Wholesalers and Distributors. As a Caterers and Restaurateurs, we opened the first outlet of our Restaurant chain in 1995. Over the years, we have evolved into a conglomerate dealing in Real Estate and Trading, Retailing, and Wholesaling of a wide range of Foodstuff and Consumer goods. Last but not the least, comes our Delivery Department, with its well-equipped workforce, to execute deliveries to our customers’ doorsteps. In 1981, we were the first to have imported Fresh vegetables from Bangladesh into Kuwait. Today we are importing from a number of countries from around the globe, like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Tanzania, the UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Turkey, Canada, and Brazil, to name a few.
