🥧Chicken Pot Pie🥧
💥Ingredients💥
🥧Chicken boneless breast cut in cubes 450gms
🥧Puff pastry 1 pack or 10 squares
🥧Cooking oil 2-3tbsp
🥧Garlic crushed 1tbsp
🥧Onion chopped 1 medium
🥧Salt 1-1/4tsp
🥧Black pepper powder 3/4tsp
🥧White pepper powder 3/4tsp
🥧Chicken powder 1tsp
🥧Garlic powder 1tsp
🥧Onion powder 1tsp
🥧Chicken stock cube 1
🥧Mushrooms 1 can or 1cup
🥧Mixed vegetables frozen 1cup
🥧Plain flour 3tbsp
🥧Water or stock 1cup
🥧Milk 1cup
🥧Cooking cream 3/4cup
🥧Oregano dried leaves 1tsp
🥧Mozzarella cheese 1cup
💥Method💥
🥧In a cooking pan add oil and add garlic crushed cook for a while.
🥧Add onion and cook until transparent, then add chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes.
🥧Then add salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, chicken powder, garlic powder, onion powder and chicken cube mix well.
🥧Then add mushrooms and mix vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.
🥧Then add flour and cook on low flame for a minute, then add water or stock mix well.
🥧Add milk and cooking cream mix well and lastly add oregano and mix filling is ready.
🥧Transfer filling in serving but heat proof dish and topped with mozzarella cheese and place puff pastry on top.
🥧Brush with egg wash and bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes or until light golden on top.
DELICIOUS CHICKEN POT PIE is ready serve hot.
