After more than five incredible years of serving our community, we’re excited to share that Carnivore Premium Meats will be evolving into an all-new concept that we believe will serve Cayman’s vibrant food scene even better. This isn’t goodbye — it’s the next chapter in Prime Group's commitment to raising the bar for local food and drink, and we can’t wait to show you what’s next!
And while we’re saying goodbye to Carnivore for now, Carnivore Smash .ky , our beloved food truck, will remain open at 1981 Brewery in Industrial Park — so you can still get your fix of our signature smash burgers and more!
Furthermore, for our final month of operations we will be doing a Carnivore Smash "pop up" at the location featuring signature items from the truck.
From all of us at Carnivore and Prime Group, thank you for your trust, loyalty, and love of good food over the years. We look forward to seeing you around the shop until July 31st and welcoming you to our new concept very soon.
